Romiromi is a traditional Māori bodywork practice, with roots tracing back over 4,000 years, that goes beyond massage, working across the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of wellbeing. Using a combination of pressure, movement, and intuitive guidance, it can assist in releasing stress, trauma, and energetic blockages held in the body. Sessions are tailored to the individual and may support relaxation, clarity, and a deeper connection to self.
